What we collect
We only process what you send us through the booking form on this site:
- name
- email address
- phone number (if you give one)
- occasion, date and group size
- the activities and add-ons you selected
- your note
- the language you wrote to us in
Without your consent, we collect nothing about you in the background. If you consent in the cookie banner, we use two analytics tools — Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Contentsquare (Contentsquare SAS, France). What they measure, which cookies they set and how to withdraw consent at any time is described in the Cookie Policy. Google may process part of the analytics data outside the EEA, based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). We use no marketing or advertising tools.
Why, and on what legal basis
We process this to handle your non-binding enquiry — to send you a quote and agree a date. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by email.
If an enquiry becomes a booking, we also process the data to perform the contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and to meet our statutory accounting and tax obligations under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months of the last contact. Data relating to completed bookings is kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Who else sees it
We do not share your enquiry data with third parties for marketing and do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area. Our processors may access it technically:
- WebSupport s.r.o., Karadžičova 12, 821 08 Bratislava, Slovakia (websupport.sk) — website hosting
- Sendinblue SAS (Brevo), 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France — sending the email notifications; Google Ireland Limited (Gmail), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland — the mailbox those notifications arrive in
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@fun-bratislava.com.
If you believe we are handling your data improperly, you may complain to the supervisory authority: Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, statny.dozor@pdp.gov.sk.
